If you wish to return all or part of your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving their order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for returning the items in good condition.
If you wish Ceramic Planet to arrange a collection, a charge will be applied against the cost of the tiles returned. The collect/return charge will be based on your postcode and weight of items being returned and will be agreed with you before a collection is booked. The items should be refunded within 14 days of receipt in a re-saleable condition.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email with photos showing the damage and the number of tiles damaged. No claims after 48 hours will be considered.

Salt & Pepper Grey is a fully vitrified porcelain floor tile 30.5x30.5cm by Stargres (Poland). Being completely frost proof means Salt & Pepper Grey is suitable for both indoors and outdoors and both wall and floor.
A practical and hard-wearing porcelain tile with a smooth matt finish, frost-proof and R10 anti-slip rating. The Salt & Pepper Grey imitates basalt tiles. Basalt is a volcanic rock which has a charcoal grey uniformity with little or no variation in shading and is comparable to granite in properties.

Tiles classified as an anti-slip floor tile are assigned an ‘R’ value which runs along a scale from R9 (not tested but manufactured to a minimum standard) all the way through to R13 (the highest slip resistance).
