If you wish to return all or part of your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving their order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for returning the items in good condition.
If you wish Ceramic Planet to arrange a collection, a charge will be applied against the cost of the tiles returned. The collect/return charge will be based on your postcode and weight of items being returned and will be agreed with you before a collection is booked. The items should be refunded within 14 days of receipt in a re-saleable condition.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email with photos showing the damage and the number of tiles damaged. No claims after 48 hours will be considered.

ARCTIC WHITE STOP MOULD FLEXIBLE WALL TILE GROUT
Norcros Stop Mould Flexible Wall Grout is a fine textured , smooth finish grouting material for internal and external wall tiling joints up to 5mm wide. The inclusion of Rock-Tite™ polymeric binders make it ideal for use with all types of tile including glass where it has excellent adhesion characteristics. It needs only the addition of water and its high flexible strength makes it ideal for dry lined walls and surfaces subject to vibration and durability such as power showers.
The product contains Stop Mould Anti-Bacterial Fortification to protect against the build up of mould and the discolouration of grouting typically found in areas where frequent wetting, high humidity and condensation may prevail. Norcros Stop Mould Flexible Wall Grout is water resistant but not impervious to the passage of water. In situations where the background needs to be protected against water ingress the use of Norcros Wet Seal should be considered. Where an impervious grout joint is required Norcros Super Epoxy Grout should be used.
