If you wish to return all or part of your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving their order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for returning the items in good condition.
If you wish Ceramic Planet to arrange a collection, a charge will be applied against the cost of the tiles returned. The collect/return charge will be based on your postcode and weight of items being returned and will be agreed with you before a collection is booked. The items should be refunded within 14 days of receipt in a re-saleable condition.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email with photos showing the damage and the number of tiles damaged. No claims after 48 hours will be considered.

Norcros Prime Bond
A multi purpose water based synthetic SBR polymer. It is water and weather resistant and is suitable for internal and external use on a wide range of substrates as a primer, sealer, dustproofer, slurry bonding coat and admixture in screeds and renders.
A primer and dustproofer on porous substrates such as Gypsum plaster, cement: sand screeds, render, concrete, Timber Sheets, plywood and Hard Vinyl Floor Coverings.
Tiling onto a new solid floors (made from gyvlon/gypsum/anhydrite/calcium sulphate based screeds) or water pipe underfloor heating? Use TILE TO GYPSUM adhesive.
DON'T FORGET if you are using flexible adhesive you'll need to use FLEXIBLE GROUT.
